The Bushveld has its own charm. I don't think I will ever be able to choose between visiting the sea or Bushveld. We love to visit places where the wild animals mingle with us, obviously it is only animals like antelopes, bush pigs, and monkeys. We would not want to entertain a lion or leopard.
Although lions and other wild live do not enter the areas near the chalets, you can still drive around to see them. For sure we will always say yes for an opportunity to be entertained by animals. Although animals are the great attraction, we are also nature lovers and we will never say no thank you for an opportunity to explore the bushveld's attraction.
Nothing compares to the sunset in the Bushveld and what an awesome experience it was to be part of a sunset game-drive. Not only did we see so many different animals ready to enjoy their banquet, but we had the pleasure to witness the sun setting with indescribable colours.
No South African will ever stay in the Bushveld without enjoying their braai every night... and do not forget the gin.
